Background & Education
I was raised in the vibrant community of Mitchell’s Plain and matriculated from Muizenberg High School in 2018. Driven by a passion for justice and community empowerment, I pursued my legal studies at the University of the Western Cape (UWC), where I obtained my Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree between 2019 and 2022.

Legal Training & Admission
In 2023, I commenced my articles at Bellingan Muller Hanekom Inc. During my two-year candidacy, I worked under the guidance of seasoned legal professionals who nurtured my growth in legal reasoning, litigation procedure, and client advocacy. I was then admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in May 2025.

Practice Areas

General Litigation – Representation in both Magistrate’s and High Court disputes, covering civil, contractual, and commercial matters.

Debt Collection – Efficient legal recovery of outstanding debts through formal court procedures and pre-litigation strategies.

Family Law – Handling divorce, child custody, maintenance, and domestic matters with sensitivity and discretion. I have a particular interest in Muslim personal law (Sharia law) and aim to serve the community with culturally competent legal solutions.

Evictions – Acting for landlords and tenants in residential and commercial eviction proceedings under the relevant statutory frameworks.

Delictual & Personal Injury Claims – Assisting injured parties in securing compensation for damages arising from negligence and motor vehicle accidents.
