Werner Greeff matriculated 1989 with Academic Honours at Goudveld High School in Welkom and served his Military service thereafter at 1 Special Services Battalion 1990-1991 as non-commissioned officer. He obtained a B.Proc degree at University of Pretoria in 1995 as well as post graduate diploma in Fiduciary Practice from Unisa in 1999.

He served his articles at VisagieVos Inc 1996 and was admitted as an Attorney, Notary and Conveyancer in 1998. He was appointed Director at VisagieVos in 2000 and has been practicing in the fields of Property, Sectional Title and Home Owner Associations, Family, Notarial and Fiduciary Law. He was managing director of the Fiduciary Department at his previous firm as well as FAIS, POPI, BBBEE & EE Compliance official.

He spent 25 years at VisagieVos Group holding directorships in various Companies including an Estate Agency as well as a Valuation & Auctioneering Company and has a wealth of property experience from the initial valuation, marketing, sale and transfer of immoveable property by private sale or Auction.

He has specialist experience in Fiduciary matters and consults to various Trust & Insurance Companies, Home Owners Associations, Brokerages & Managing Agents and fellow Attorneys. He also served on the Legal Practice Council Panel of Examiners for the Ethics, Estate, Conveyancing and Notarial Exams 2022-2024.

As social responsibility he volunteers on various community bodies such as HOA’s where he holds Chairmanships. As an animal lover he serves on the governing body of the Animal Anti Cruelty League Cape Town as Deputy-Chairperson & legal adviser.

Free time is spent on overland adventures by motorcycle or boating at Malgas. He has a passion for travelling, meeting new people and Foods of the World
